Shameless, or Shamie, is my special girl!!! She is a little female clone of her grandpa, Rodie!Like Rodie, Shamie was born with attitude! She is totally fearless, non reactive, and nothing phases her. Shamie will work all day long, in any weather, and like Rodeo, does better at the end of a long hot show weekend.Both are hard to tire out, and very hard to live with when not given enough exercise, and enough work to do!

Shamie takes after her parents, Shadow and Scamper, and is very, very friendly and outgoing with people.At trials, she’s always trying to climb in some strangers lap!! She’s also good with other dogs, and so gentle and protective of puppies. Shamie was never jealous of Feddie, Hooey, or Hazer, she thought I brought them home just for her!Shamie still guards Hooey and lets Hooey be a big shot and pin her upside down when playing. No other dog could ever get away with this behavior!!!!!!!!

Shamie has done well in agility.We either have the most awesome runs, or naughty, wild runs… NO “in between”! Often at the end of those wild runs, Shamie will give me a good “nip” on the shoulder as she’s airborne and eye level. She’s just too excited to contain herself! Bad little Beast!!!I come away from Shamie’s runs exhilarated, just like when I ran Rodie. It may not always be pretty, but it’s always fun and running Shamie I never have to babysit, or be a cheerleader. Because of this, I appreciate her great runs all the more.

Shamie has done exceptionally well in AKC agility. She earned 2005 USASA Agility Year End Standings Novice B 20″ #3 (tied with #2 with a score of 316) and 2006 USASA Agility Year End Standings Open 20″ #10 with a score of 300.She has Rodie’s stocky little body, that can twist and spin and turn on a dime and does great with those tight courses!!!

Shamie and I have started training in obedience on a weekly basis. She’s very attentive and not quite so naughty. As with Rodie, it will probably come!

Everyone who has ever met Shamie loves her. She is confident they will!!!! She just makes you smile!Shamie is irresistible!!!!!!!!!!!!!
